Captive Discharge Microwelding is one of T-Tygart Industries, Inc.’s most unique capabilities. With our microwelding equipment, we are able to complete the most fragile and delicate jobs. Unlike typical TIG and MIG welding, microwelding tools are manipulated to create clean, fine welds on objects of a much lesser size – such as wires, meshes and foils. By utilizing the skills of our practiced welders and the newest of technology, we have the ability to precisely seal, fix, and position welds on the smallest of materials - all without the worry of unwanted heating, weld spatter or burn-through. Our dual pulse operations also allow us the remove surface inconsistencies and burn away contaminants and oxides.
